We have a totally unique approach to Barre workouts that fuses the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of strengthening exercises that dancers do. Our Party at the Barre class is a results-driven workout that is not only fun & dynamic, but it will also sculpt your body and get you into amazing shape.
When taking classes, you will:
- See improvements in your posture, flexibility, overall body strength and balance
- Obtain a body awareness that you may not have had before
- Transform your body and feel more confident in your fitness
- Make new friends and connections among your fellow classmates
Do I Need Dance Experience?
You don’t need any dance experience in order to take the class, all you need is a pair of either our Barre Sox ($10) or socks of your own with a grip bottom. We provide all of the tools you’ll need for the class including a mat, weights, bands, ball, slider discs–and of course, the FUN!!
Our certified Barre instructor will be sure to always make you feel challenged, find the strength of a dancer within you, and transform your body.
Party at the Barre classes are limited to 8 so as to not overcrowd each other as clients having the best experience is our #1 goal. We’re also booking private parties, group events, and team building, too.

As a courtesy to other clients and our Instructors, we ask that you cancel 12 hours before the scheduled class or you will have to forfeit class credit, especially since most Bungee classes sell out and have waiting lists. If classes are sold out and you do not cancel prior to the scheduled time, then you will forfeit that class.
If you are running late, call us to let us know so that we can plan for your late arrival accordingly in order to avoid interrupting an on-going class.
If a class is full, join the waitlist! We will add Flyers on a first-come, first-served basis as bungees become available. If you’re on our waitlist and cannot attend class, remove yourself to avoid a class penalty.
