Rochelle Scenna-St Myers
Rochelle Scenna-St Myers, MA/CLT, is a life-long native of Wheeling, and the proud owner of the Rejuvenation Center.
A 1987 Wheeling Central graduate, Rochelle has also attended West Liberty State College as well as Wheeling Jesuit College. Her medical experience began in 2004 in family medicine where she achieved certificate training for cholesterol, diabetic, and breathing testing and screening. She also has a certificate for medical assisting, is a certified laser technician, and has been certified for CoolSculpting®, Hydrafacial MD, Md Pen and Vivace Microneedling.
Beginning in 2006, Rochelle began her education in various aesthetic and cosmetic medical procedures such as Botox Cosmetic, Dermal Fillers, Lipodissolve treatments, and aesthetic laser systems. In 2007, she received certificate training for assisting in the SmartLipo™ procedure, and in 2009, she learned to perform the ViPeel treatment. Rochelle also received certificate training in the treatment Thermage CPT and assisting training in DOT CO2 Laser Resurfacing in 2011. In 2012-2013, Rochelle received individual training for Diamond Microdermabrasion procedures and specialized skincare treatments, certificate training for IPL, as well as certificate training for assisting fat transfer procedures. In 2015/16, she became a certified Coolsculpting Technician, and in 2019 received certificate training in Microneedling and Hydrafacial MD.

Dr. Craig R. Oser
Dr. Craig R. Oser, Medical Director, is a highly-skilled double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He received his degree in Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board certified in General Surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery.
Dr. Oser completed his fellowship training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital and was the first D.O. ever to be Chief Resident of Plastic Surgery. You will love how down-to-earth, kind, and gentle he is with each patient. His devotion to his work is unparalleled in this valley.

Dr. Marcia Lawrence
Dr. Marcia Lawrence is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Bethany College and a Delta Omega graduate of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency and internship at Washington Hospital where she was Chief Resident.
Dr. Lawrence is trained to perform outpatient tumescent liposuction and has had extensive training under the direction of plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Craig Oser.
Dr. Lawrence has been a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Physicians, and the Internal Medicine Club at WV School of Osteopathic Medicine. She has also been licensed to practice medicine in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Dr. Lawrence is proud to provide patients with exceptional results and pays close attention to the specific needs and desires of the patients. She makes sure her patients feel comfortable about their treatment and is most rewarded when she can help restore or improve a patient’s self-confidence.

Rachelle DePetro, RN
Rachelle DePetro, RN, Advanced Nurse Injector, graduated from Washington Hospital School of Nursing and has been a nurse for 27 years. She is an Expert Nurse Injector and she is trained in a wide variety of techniques to assist patients who wish for a non-surgical approach to self-improvement. Combining her comprehensive knowledge of facial anatomy and cosmetic injections with skill and customer care, Rachelle achieves beautiful, natural results for our patients.
As an advanced injector, Rachelle frequently uses on a daily basis- Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, as well as treatments in the Juvederm Family, including Voluma, Restylane Family, and Sculptra. Rachelle is a certified Kybella injector and is also an ACE trainer for Allergan, the makers of Botox/Juvederm, where she teaches medical professionals how to inject Dermal Fillers and Botox.
Along with professional training and 14 years of hands-on experience with injectable treatments, Rachelle thrives on helping patients look and feel their best. She takes great pleasure in sharing in a patient’s journey and looks forward to witnessing their excitement at the end of their aesthetic transformation.
Caitlin De la Cruz, NP
Caitlin de la Cruz is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a master’s degree from Wheeling Jesuit University. Caitlin is a skilled aesthetic injector who is known for producing beautiful, natural, and transformative results. She attends numerous seminars, trainings, and conferences in order to improve her skills as an injector and provide the highest quality, safest results for her patients. Caitlin loves working in the aesthetic industry and has a passion for helping her patients become the best version of themselves.
