Who is a candidate for CoolSculpting® Elite?
A CoolSculpting™ Elite procedure works for both men and women who wish to target the abdomen, flank (love handles), arms, braline, and inner and outer thighs, and who are within about 20 pounds of their goal weight on the medical chart. CoolSculpting™ Elite is not a treatment for obesity and is not a weight loss treatment. Those with an implantable device such as a pacemaker, are not candidates*
Recovery Process
The CoolSculpting™ Elite procedure is completely non-surgical, and patients can return to normal activities immediately. After undergoing CoolSculpting™ Elite treatment, some patients may experience temporary redness, minor bruising, tingling, numbness, or discomfort in the treated area. However, these side effects typically resolve completely with time, and many patients return to work immediately following their session.
The Results
You may start seeing changes as soon as 3 weeks after your CoolSculpting™ Elite treatments, and you will experience the most dramatic results after just two months. However, your body will still flush out the unwanted fat cells and will continue doing so for up to 4 to 6 months after treatment.
