The Program
Our one of a kind program was carefully designed with one thing in mind—helping you succeed on the journey to wellness. Most weight loss programs focus mainly on losing the weight, but let’s be REAL: it’s hard to lose weight and keep it off!
The TRC Slim Program is a proprietary, multi-faceted approach that’s customized for the individual as we are all different. It will include customized medications from our FDA regulated pharmacies that are backed by years of research and proven success. We do not believe in using stimulants or habit forming agents like most other weight loss programs. Instead, our methods work on underlying metabolic pathways, along with ongoing support from your Slim Program team of experts.
Getting Started
Our medical providers will first complete a comprehensive intake and health assessment, from which they will design a personalized treatment plan specific for you. Treatment plans will include custom compounded medications, nutrition counseling session, ongoing health coach access, meal plan guides, small group fitness classes, B12 Slim Shots, and supportive supplements for gut health. Once we’re sure you’re a good candidate for our program, we will get started right away and work with you to ensure your success.
Lab tests are required and can be ordered if you haven’t had any in the last 90 days or more. They consist of CBC, CMP, A1C, & thyroid testing.

Medications
TRC Slim Program medications will come directly from our FDA regulated pharmacy. These are self-administered and will include a weekly injection placed just under the skin that’s painless, quick, & easy (don’t worry, we will show you exactly how to administer), and provide you with necessary supplies to assist in the process.
TRC Slim Program medications are either the SemaShot or Tirzepatide. These anti-diabetic medications have been used for treatment of Type II diabetes and are achieving long-term weight management in addition to other health benefits.. They reduce food intake by lowering appetites and slowing down digestion in the stomach, helping to reduce body weight.

Common side effects can be nausea, typically transient, and resolves over the first few weeks. To help avoid or mange these symptoms, we provide you with a prescription for anti-nausea like Zofran. Constipation is also common and can be best managed by increasing the intake of healthy fluids (like water) and a supplement that’s included with the program.

Who's not A Candidate?
You’re not a candidate if you have the following conditions:
- Type I Diabetes or Diabetic Retinopathy-Glaucoma
- Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or cancer
- Multiple endocrine neoplasia type II
- Liver, gall bladder, or kidney disease
- Acute inflammation of the pancreas
- History of suicidal thoughts or psychosis
- Hyperthyroidism
- Currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy in the next 2 months
